HMQ-350JA Full Servo Intemittent Die Cutting Machine
Intermittent Semi-rotary die cutting is a new product, it equipped with Servo Motor PLC control system, and register sensor to arrange high accurate rotary die-cutting system. It is mainly designed for label die cutting, e.g. Adhesive labels, PVC labels, PET Labels, PE Labels, Aluminum Labels, Blank Labels, Trade mark Labels die cutting. Especially, It can process IML(In Molding Label),which is famous as its advanced function, such as: Novel and beautiful apperance, security features, Envirement, Difficult to drop off and damage, High efficiency and so on. IML is widly choosed on packaging containers of Health & Beauty, Food & Beverage, Wine& Spirits.
Unwind, laminating, rotary die-cutting,waste matrix,slitting and rewinding can be finished in one process. It can be run with semi-rotary mode as well as full rotary mode. And it also can work with sheet cutting device with conveyor and collection label or IML die cutting device(In Molding Label).
Machine adopts full servo motors driven, color tracking system, solid and durable structure design, leading to clean edge of processed materials and non damage of both sides of labels.
